The Great Himalayan Trail

Overview

The Great Himalaya Trail (GHT) is the longest and highest alpine trekking route in the world winding 4500kms through the tallest mountain ranges and most isolated communities from Tibet to Pakistan.

Come join us on the Nepal section of the GHT (1700kms), one continuous trek of 157 days. We will traverse the country from East to West.

And for most of us who simply don’t have the luxury of this sort of time for our adventures, there are seven loop treks (sections), which can be combined with link treks to make up the full traverse. Each offers something completely different for the mountaineers and trekkers alike. This is an opportunity to experience some of the least visited, most exciting hidden corners of Nepal.

There are seven section in GHT but one can join in any section if not able to join full GHT.

Section 1 Kanchenjunga 28 February – 23 March 2018
Section 2 Makalu & Everest 25 March – 27 April 2018
Section 3 Everest & Rolwaling 8 April – 5 May 2018
Section 4 Langtang via Tilman Pass 5 – 22 May 2018
Section 5 Manaslu & Annapurna 23 May – 17 June 2018
Section 6 Upper Dolpo 8 June – 2 July 2018
Section 7 Rara Lake & Yari Valley 1 – 28 July 2018
